Victoria is currently Head of People & Change at the London Borough of Haringey, and for six years before that she led the HR function at ARK Schools. She brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, talent-spotting and staff development, as well as in the more transactional aspects of HR including restructuring and industrial relations. Victoria will be visiting all of the Trust’s schools in her early weeks in post to understand their HR needs and current capacity so that she can develop a trust-wide HR strategy.
